Bianca Alves serves as Chief People & Culture Officer at Productsup where she is currently leading all facets of people operations, business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, and workplace functions.
Bianca joined Productsup in April 2021 as the company’s first People Business Partner, until she was quickly appointed as Head of People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition. With more than a decade of HR experience helping companies scale in a variety of roles, Bianca is passionate about empowering leaders and employees to achieve their full potential and enabling the company to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.
